1. Generating customer leads for Skypx heights through the
following activities
a. Tele-calling
b. Managing Inbound Calls
c. Conducting Road Shows (Kiosks and Standees) in and around
Alwal, Lothkunta, Bolarum etc
2. Managing Customer Experience
a. Managing walk in customers
b. Explaining features and benefits of Skypx Heights Project
c. Customer Conversions
d. Visiting customer work place to explain project brochure and
provide on-demand customer service
e. Responding to emails and sms’
3. Administrative Work
a. Managing day to day correspondence
b. Over seeing site activities when free
This is a very good opportunity for young graduates and MBAs
living in and around Secunderabad area. Knowledge of Local
Language, English and Hindi is mandatory. Computer literacy is
mandatory. Should have pleasant etiquettes and prior experience
in customer service or outbound sales or event management. |
