Our name may not have been around for a long time, but our company lineage goes back longer than most in our industry. Zeta Interactive was newly formed in 2007 through an acquisition by Zustek Corporation, a leading provider of email marketing communications solutions, of Adverb Media, an award-winning interactive marketing, technology, and services agency. Adverb Media was comprised of DigitalGrit, a direct response and search marketing firm, Temel, a brand strategy and creative agency founded in 1990, and Zeta RelevantNoise, a technology firm dedicated to mining the social Internet for business intelligence.

Using our product Zetamail, an opt-in emailing solution to provide services as client’s marketing partner.

Using the product, service process and client specific knowledge to manage the client’s day to day campaign requirements.

Gathering requirements; work with different teams such as graphic designers, technical services (customization & NOC) to deliver the service with highest quality as per the defined time lines using standard and systematic approach.

Problem solving using self and others’ expertise to resolve problems in timely manner by researching and careful consideration of facts.

Dealing the problems in professional manner.

Testing things carefully, identifying alternatives and not reacting unemotionally at the same time.

Using non-confrontational approach while working with the others while being firm on expected out comes.

Estimation of effort and negotiation of timelines with client and other teams.

Exceeding client expectations by quality service and should help to increase our business with client.

Pre-requisites for this Job:

Should have above 60% aggregate through-out their career.

Graduates-2011 Pass Outs.

Willing to work in International time zones.
