Looking for HR - Professionals to work as contract Employees for
a period of 6 months (May to Oct 2011)
The candidate might be included into the Regular Employment
rolls after completion of 6 months of contract. (This is purely
based on the candidates performance in the next 6 months)
Understand the Job Spec and analyse the market
Choosing the Consultants & sharing the spec
Identifying qualified candidates and contact them
Liaisoning between the consultants & the Technical Recruitment
Team
Sourcing, Screening, scheduling interviews, follow up with
candidates.
Offer Roll Out, Background Verification, Reference Checks &
On-Board Activities.
Periodical updation of Recruitment Status to the Managers |
