|
Sourcing, screening, taking the preliminary round of interviews
Experience on working on portals like Naukri, Monster.
Identify and explore new and cost effective method for
recruitment.
Vendor Management in order to procure relevant database.
Database management.
Decrease dependence on external sources of recruitment and
minimize cost.
To identify, source and deliver manpower requirement of the
organization.
Timely reporting of recruitment status to Asst. Manager/Manager
Recruitment.
For Generalist role :-
Ensure optimum manpower resources at the region at all levels
Conduct training as per the need & requirement
Timely administration of salaries, incentive & other employee
payouts
Handling the Employees Grievances
Career panning & counseling
