An MBA degree in Operations Management, Operations Reaserch, Information Systems etc. with electives or main subjects in Project Management

Graduation should have completed Engineering/MCA with minimum 65% (10th, PUC/12th Std also at 65%)

Candidates should have an IT exposure. This can be through prior work experience in an IT services company (atlest 6 months) or graduation in IT discipline like MCA, BE in CS/Information Systems/Information technology etc.

Candidate should have a flair for Project Management

Candidates should have very good written and Oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

Group Discussion

Candidates that pass 1, 2 and 3 will have to take a written Communications skills test ( A one page essay on a topic )

Employment & Compensation

Selected candidates will work on prestigious projects deployed at Client Location

The candidates will work on roles of Artech Infosystems for a minimum period of one year ( exceptional performers will have an opportunity to become employee of the client anytime).

Compensation will be between INR 2,00,000 to INR 2.40,000 PER ANNUM
