Documentation:

Preparation of FSD (Functional Specification Document) and ratification of the same.

Preparation of User Scenarios & User cases (functional and domain related inputs) in conjunction with the QA team..

Prepare change request document (version document)

Development & QA Intervention:

Responsible for helping the development team to understand and clarify the functional requirements.

Testing the product from Functional standpoint as per client’s requirement.

Closely working with project leader during software release and deployment process.

Client Engagement:

Single point of contact on all issues pertaining to the client

Coordinating with all the concerned departments to deliver the product as per client request in timely manner Full
