The jobholder will be working very closely with the Seniors.

Responsible for assignment in Lead Advisory. He will also be responsible for assisting Partners in varied work related assignments.Main Priorities:

Carrying out effective market research needed for relevant data collection.

Preparation of specific company profiles, industry and market overviews, etc

Financial and valuation analysis of companies

Work on client pitches, teasers, information memorandum etc as part of team

Preparation of effective presentations, reports, memos, emails (internal and external)

Assisting in the restructuring assignments (such as merger, demerger, slump sale, buyback, capital reduction etc), valuations, diligence reviews etc which includes both advisory and compliance work.

CA Intern or B’com Graduate with diploma in investment banking,

MBA (finance) from tier II school, CFA.

Preference for candidates from A category Graduation colleges

Preference for candidates who have completed or pursuing CFA

Skills/ Knowledge:

Strong academic background.

Reasonably good technical ability and logical reasoning.

Ability to work under pressure

Should have clear thought process

Good written and oral communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS PPT and Excel

Should be a self starter and Methodical

Experience:

Prior experience (preferable not mandatory):

Equity research

Business/company valuation
