Fresher - UK / US, Inbound process.
The candidate will be required to work for an inbound campaign
to access customer need and provide clear and accurate
information.
To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries,
complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.
Resolve and Close Loop customer Queries / Requests / Complaints
Assistance to TL /Maintaining Quality Standards.
Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints,
requests and queries received. |

Previous Call Center Exp. (added advantage)
