Job Description

Fresher - UK / US, Inbound process.
The candidate will be required to work for an inbound campaign to access customer need and provide clear and accurate information.
To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.
Resolve and Close Loop customer Queries / Requests / Complaints Assistance to TL /Maintaining Quality Standards.
Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.

 
 
Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills
Client Management and Service oriented
Previous Call Center Exp. (added advantage)
Inbound process Provide system advice when needed
Interact with internal as well as external teams.
Experience in International BPO will be an added advantage
Fresher with good comunication skills may also apply.
