Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the
knowledge base.
Follow-up on customer inquires if not resolved immediately
Complete call logs and reports.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in
customer calls.
Acting as a primary interface for all customer service
enquiries.
Clear understanding of the specified KRAs’ & KPIs’ as per the
process / role requirement. |
